Daywise Itinerary
Welcome to Guwahati! Upon arrival at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, our team will greet you and escort you to your hotel.
• Once refreshed, begin your journey with a visit to the revered Kamakhya Temple, perched atop Nilachal Hill. This ancient Shakti Peeth offers spiritual depth and panoramic views of the city.
• In the evening, unwind with a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River, where golden hues reflect off the mighty waters and local music sets the tone.
• Overnight stay in Guwahati.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its one-horned rhinoceroses.
• Check into your jungle lodge and spend the evening soaking in the wild ambiance. You may opt for a nature walk or visit the nearby orchid park.
• Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Post breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. Stroll through its flower-lined paths and climb the Sky Viewpoint for Bangladesh border views.
• Continue to Dawki for a boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River, then head to Shnongpdeng, a riverside village perfect for kayaking or riverside camping.
• Overnight stay in Shnongpdeng.
Rise early for a jeep safari through the central range of Kaziranga. Spot rhinos, elephants, swamp deer, and if lucky, a tiger in the misty grasslands.
• Post-safari, drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, known as the “Scotland of the East.” En route, enjoy views of rolling hills and pine forests.
• Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast, head to Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth.
• Visit Nohkalikai Falls, plunging dramatically into a gorge, and explore Mawsmai Cave, a limestone wonder.
• Also stop by Seven Sisters Falls and Eco Park.
• Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
• Post breakfast, trek to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat — a full-day hike through dense forest, crossing streams and suspension bridges.
• Visit Arwah Cave, Thangkharang Park, and enjoy leisure time at your resort.
• Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Explore Auniati and Kamalabari Satras, interact with monks, and witness mask-making or pottery traditions.
• Later, transfer to Jorhat, a colonial-era town known for its tea estates.
• Overnight stay in Jorhat.
Leave the hills behind and return to Kaziranga, retracing your route through lush valleys and tea gardens.
• Spend the evening at leisure or enjoy a cultural show featuring Bihu and tribal dances.
• Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
After breakfast, visit Krang Suri Falls, a turquoise cascade surrounded by forest — ideal for a refreshing dip.
• Later, stop at Tyrshi Falls near Jowai before heading back to Shillong.
• Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast, drive to Majuli Island, the world’s largest river island, nestled in the Brahmaputra.
• Cross by ferry and check into the accommodation. The island is a hub of Vaishnavite culture, monasteries (Satras), and tribal life.
• Overnight stay in Majuli.
After breakfast, drive back to Guwahati for your onward journey.
• You leave with vivid memories of misty hills, sacred rivers, vibrant cultures, and wild encounters.

Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures (Strike, Hartal, Bandh) or any untoward incidents.

All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
The packages offered by Globally Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can
be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting
news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
No show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Globally holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
